Part II

For this part I tried changing the ISO and the f-stop to see the effects. I think I would have gotten a better shot if I would have changed the shutter speed to lighten it up as well. I guess the question from me is "what ISO settings are better for the night shots versus day shots?". Does it really have much effect? These pictures were taken behind my house after one of the rare rainy days in Arizona. Any feedback here would be great. I also included some pictures trying to evaluate the difference in shots of water when changing the shutter speed and the aperture (again here....does the ISO matter). These pics were taken outside of my house. Thanks for the feedback all.
